Left thigh liposuction, in April 2016, was the 2nd liposuction for lipoedema procedure I’d undergo. For this procedure, my surgeon was able to take out a whopping 7 liters of lipedema fat.
Before surgery I weighed 281 pounds (127.4 kg) and in May I weighed 274 (124.2 kg). That was a huge 7 pound loss (3.2 kg) from just the left thigh!
As for size, before surgery my thigh was 36 inches (91.4 cm) at the biggest point. In November 2016 my thigh was 28.75 inches (73 cm) and after the past 5.5 months of body weight squatting I’ve managed to put on .25 of an inch (0.6 cm) to make my left thigh 29 inches (73.6 cm) at the widest point.
Please keep in mind unless you’re trying to build muscle like this, you’re not going to spontaneously grow. I have more testosterone than normal for a female, so I was able to use that to build a little more muscle than the average lady can. I highly doubt, even when I move to squatting added weight that it’ll grow much more. Maybe, if I’m extremely lucky, there’s another quarter of an inch.
