Yesterday was my workout for Wednesday 14 September 2016. It was actually supposed to happen this morning at 8am, but I’ve found out my personal trainer (PT) is the biggest baby when it comes to early mornings. When he WhatsApp’d me yesterday morning asking if I could work out at 11am vs. today at 8am, I did consider being a gigantic asshole and tell him “no” just to torture him. It’s not often I can pull this crap on him.
Then I reconsidered because he’d make me suffer more than usual.
Workout for 14 September 2016
- Tried to bench press with the regular bar vs. the smith machine, wasn’t happening. My hand is still hampering me.
- 30kg lat pulldown 3×12
- 16kg lat pulldown on duel cables 3×12
- 10kg bench on smith machine 3×12
- 6kg dumb bell flys on bench 3×12
- 3kg dumb bell side raises 3×15 (last one was a super set with shoulder press as punishment for giving my trainer shit)
- 8kg bent over row with kettle bell 3×12
- 133kg calf press machine 5×15
Then I did C25K day 1 and jogged for 6 one minute rounds out of the 8. Next week I think I’m going to try for the 8 since there doesn’t seem to be any adverse affect on my ankles, knees, or butt. I did it without compression stockings on my legs and it was very uncomfortable still, especially my right leg. I think its because of all the loose skin. It doesn’t look bad, but it really bothers me.

We have the same exact butt I swear! Lol you have gave me so much hope and I appreciate the realness. The pain part won’t bother me at all,I’ve had two c sections and about to have a third and last! My game plan is to get healthy and lose weight after this baby. I want to give myself 6 months then do lipo. Do you have any before and afters of your butt?
