Smoked Salmon Avocado Salad

Being back on an anti-inflammatory keto diet means it’s time for new recipes.  Tonight’s dinner was a smoked salmon avocado salad over a bed of greens.

Smoked Salmon Avocado Salad

  • smoked salmon
  • avocado
  • cucumber
  • red onion
  • mayo
  • lemon juice
  • dill (fresh or dried)
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Basically you just chop everything up, mix it all together and put it over a bed of greens! You can make as much or as little as you want.

My macros for 1 serving using the ingredients at my local super market are (minus the greens):

  • Calories: 389
  • Fat: 31
  • Net carb: 7
  • Protein: 19
