Arms and Lasers After Previous Liposuction

Since we had a little bit of time to BS during my day 1 post op appointment for my stomach liposuction, I asked my surgeon the #1 question that A LOT of ladies have been asking me lately.

Can the laser be done on arms that have already been previously liposuctioned?

The answer is yes.  However, his exact response was, if you were to ask him to put out a paper saying that laser is an excellent source of tightening the skin as opposed to other methods? Save your money.

He said that yes, you can go back in and there might be a little bit more tightening going on.  However, the main reason he does laser after arm liposuction is it does have a chance of tightening but it’s not 100% that it’s going to happen.  My arms are actually proof of this.

My forarms are nice and tight, but when you get under my arm pit? Not so much.  I’ll probably have to have some excess skin cut off in order to keep the skin from being pinched while lifting weights.

So there you have it.  Yes you can, but it’s just an add on to the arm liposuction that he does.
